Mexican Taco Dip
Mexican Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cottage cheese, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 pkg. dry taco mix, 3 large tomatoes, chopped and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and dry taco mix.
Process until smooth.
Spread on a large tray.
In a separate bowl, mix tomatoes, green pepper, scallions, chili peppers and olives. Spread vegetable mixture on top of cheese mixture.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Serve with chips.
