Mexican-Style Meat Loaf
Mexican-Style Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 1 (16 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained, 2/3 c. salsa, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Put mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with release agent.
Press mixture to remove air pockets.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
If using glass baking pan, bake at 325°.
Serves 8.
