Mexican Style Casserole
Mexican Style Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. tortilla chips, 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Line the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish with tortilla chips.
Flatten chips with palm of hand.
Put cooked ground beef on top of chips.
Mix soups and Ro-Tel and pour over meat layer.
Slice cheese and use as top layer.
Heat at 350 until hot and cheese is melted.
