Mexican Stew
Mexican Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. diced onions, 2/3 c. cooked rice, 1 can chili salsa (7 1/2 oz.) and 1 large can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger; drain well. Add onions and saute to golden brown.
Add chili powder, chili salsa and tomato sauce. Rinse can with 1/2 can water. Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 1/2 hour. Add 2/3 cup cooked rice. Simmer a few more minutes.
