Mexican Snack Squares
Mexican Snack Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix and 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Unroll dough into 4 rectangles.
Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking dish.
Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco mix.
Bake dough for 14 to 19 minutes.
Cool completely. Spread beans over crust.
Spread taco-sour cream mixture over top of beans.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
