Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce, 1 lb. wisconsin rat cheese, grated, 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled, 2 tomatoes, diced and 1/2 onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad.
Drain and wash chilled beans.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing.
Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
