Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled, 2 tomatoes, diced and 1/2 onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad.
Drain and rinse beans. Add diced tomatoes, diced onions, cheese and beans to lettuce. Chill.
Just before serving, toss with Fritos and Catalina dressing.
Goes well with King Ranch Chicken.
