Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled, 2 tomatoes, diced and 1/2 onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare lettuce as for a tossed salad.
Drain and wash chilled beans.
Add to lettuce.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, grated cheese and dressing.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Add chips just before serving and mix well.
