Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head of lettuce, 1 1/2-lbs. ground beef, 1-lb. shredded cheese (cheddar, mexican or sharp), chili powder and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Tear lettuce and put into a large bowl.
Sprinkle cheese on top of lettuce.
Meanwhile, brown beef, season with Chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Drain.
Pour over lettuce and cheese, stir to mix.
(Hot meat will melt the cheese.)
You may add tomatoes, avocados, etc.
Eat with Dorito chips.
