Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can ranch style beans, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 head lettuce, 2 tomatoes, diced and 1/2 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger; drain.
Shred or dice cheese.
Add beans, diced tomatoes and chopped onion.
Cut or tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
