Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, finely chopped, 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 6 stalks celery, finely sliced, 1 can hot chili beans (undrained) and 1/3 c. green peppers, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
