Mexican Quiche
Mexican Quiche is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) cans roasted, peeled green chilies, drain and reserve juice, 1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. chili juice and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies.
With cheese.
Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cut into wedges. Serve hot.
