Mexican Pizzas
Mexican Pizzas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 flour tortillas, 3 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, chopped jalapeño peppers to taste, 1 green bell pepper, chopped and 1/2 c. sliced black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place tortillas one at a time in nonstick skillet.
Layer cheese and remaining ingredients over tortillas as desired. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
Serve hot.
