Mexican Pinwheels*
Mexican Pinwheels* is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 large flour tortillas, 1 medium onion, diced, 1/4 c. diced black olives, 1/4 c. diced jalapeño peppers and 12 oz. cream cheese, softened (fat-free works), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Add onion, olives and peppers to cream cheese.
Mix well. Spread over tortillas and roll up (jelly roll style).
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours.
Slice into 3/4-inch sections (save the ends for yourself as this is all that will be left!).
Serve with salsa, if desired.
