Mexican Party Chicken
Mexican Party Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced, cooked chicken, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (9 1/4 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a sauce pan, combine chicken, chilies, enchilada sauce and soup.
Heat until boiling.
Place 1/3 corn chips in bottom of a greased baking dish.
Alternate with layers of chicken mixture, onion and cheese.
Top with remaining chips.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
