Mexican Meat Loaf
Mexican Meat Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. ground meat, 2/3 c. picante sauce in loaf, 1/3 c. picante sauce for top of loaf, 1 c. crackers and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine ground meat, 2/3 c. picante sauce, crackers and eggs. Form into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan; top with picante sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
