Mexican Meat Cups
Mexican Meat Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (10 count) refrigerated biscuits, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1/4 c. water and 1 small jar commercial salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Roll or pat each biscuit to 3 1/2 to 4-inch circle; turn muffin pans upside down.
Fit biscuits over well-greased backs of muffin tins.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 8 or 9 minutes.
Cool and remove cups.
Brown meat, drain.
Add taco seasoning and water; heat to boiling and thick.
Put meat into biscuit cups and add sour cream, salsa, Cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
