Mexican Meat Cups
Mexican Meat Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (10) canned biscuits, 1 lb. ground beef, 15 oz. can chili beans, 15 oz. mexican meat sauce and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll out biscuits to 3 1/2 to 4-inches in diameter.
Bake over backs of large muffin cups 8 to 9 minutes. Brown meat and drain. Stir in beans, sauce and water.
Heat to boil.
Remove tart cups and fill with meat/bean mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
