Mexican Lunch
Mexican Lunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. milk and 1 pt. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook sausage until almost done.
Add onion and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add tomatoes, milk and macaroni.
Mix these, then add sour cream along with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Bake at 350Β° until mixture bubbles real good.
Top with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
Melt cheese.
