Mexican Layered Dip
Mexican Layered Dip is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 medium avocados, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix separately the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or 10-inch round serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order: avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Top with jalapeños.
Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
