Mexican Layered Bean Dip
Mexican Layered Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz. each) refried beans, 1 can green chili peppers, chopped and drained, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted (optional) and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl mix together refried beans, chilies and taco seasoning mix.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Blend avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth.
Spread on top of bean mixture.
Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture.
Top with lettuce, onions, taco sauce, cheese and black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
