Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small pkg. lawry's spaghetti sauce mix, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 doz. medium size flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Meat; drain fat.
Sprinkle with packaged seasonings. Blend tomato sauce and tomatoes, mixed in blender. Simmer to 20 minutes, stirring frequently. In a very lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, spread a thin layer of sauce, then a layer of quartered tortillas, chilies and cheese.
Repeat for a second layer.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
