Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1 can refried beans, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large skillet, brown ground beef.
Add onions; drain fat.
Stir in refried beans, tomato sauce, green chilies and taco seasoning.
Layer 1/2 tortillas on bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Spread 1/2 meat mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
