Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 c. diced canned tomatoes and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown and drain meat.
Cook meat, seasoned salt, taco seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chilies.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix Ricotta cheese, Monterey jack cheese and eggs; set aside.
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan as follows: 1/3 meat, tortillas (one layer, cut to fit) and 1/3 Ricotta mixture.
Repeat 2 more times.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until hot.
