Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 corn tortillas, 1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese, 1 lb. hamburger meat, 1 (5 oz.) contadina zesty tomato sauce and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown and drain meat.
Add tomato sauce, taco sauce and taco seasoning to meat.
In a casserole dish, lay 6 tortillas overlapping each other.
Pour half of the meat mixture over them. Spread the cottage cheese that has been mixed with 2 eggs over that.
Put 6 more tortillas on top of cheese/egg mixture.
Pour remaining meat over tortillas and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
