Mexican Goup
Mexican Goup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can chili beans, 1 can tomato juice, 1 1/2 c. minute rice and 1 bag frito chips (plain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Ground beef and onion in skillet.
In large pot, add beef, chili beans, tomato juice, rice, onion, chili mix, salt and pepper together and mix well.
If too thin, add rice (up to 1/2 cup) to thicken.
Stir often until rice is tender and mixture boils.
On your serving plate, place a small bed of lettuce.
On top of that, place some Frito chips and your goup.
Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
