Mexican Fudge
Mexican Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded chihuahua or monterey jack, 1/2 c. salsa verde, green taco or green enchilada sauce and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar and Chihuahua cheeses.
In a small bowl, combine salsa verde and eggs until thoroughly blended. In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place half the cheese.
Pour the salsa verde mixture over cheese; top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
To serve, cut into 1-inch squares and place on tortilla, corn or nacho chips.
