Mexican Fried Chicken
Mexican Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 chicken, cut up and 1/3 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine in paper bag the flour, chili powder and salt.
Shake chicken pieces in mix.
Fry in oil.
When brown, remove and add onion, rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, water, chili powder and salt. Arrange chicken over rice mixture.
Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes until tender and rice is done.
