Mexican Fiesta Party Dip
Mexican Fiesta Party Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 2 avocados, mashed with lemon juice, 1 small carton sour cream with 1/2 packet taco seasoning, shredded lettuce (1 to 2 c.) and approximately 4 oz. shredded velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, layer the ingredients in order listed with the refried beans on the bottom and the tomatoes on top.
Chill.
Serve with chips and salsa or you can sprinkle the salsa on top and serve with chips.
