Mexican Fiesta Dip
Mexican Fiesta Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large container sour cream, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 avocados and 1 medium to large can refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

On large oblong or round platter, spread a layer of refried beans.
Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread that mixture on top of beans.
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread on top of avocado mixture.
Chop and combine green onions, tomatoes and olives.
Spread in a ring around outside of platter.
Garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
