Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 47 oz. refried beans, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 2 large pkg. taco cheese, 1 large pkg. co-jack cheese and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix taco seasoning, 1 package taco cheese and 1/2 package Co-Jack cheese with the beans.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sour cream and salsa; spread on top.
Sprinkle with rest of Co-Jack cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let set for a few minutes before serving.
