Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large carton sour cream, 1 large (8oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature), 1 to 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 to 2 chopped green peppers and 1 large can or 4 small cans sliced black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat the cream cheese and sour cream together.
Put on bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish (oval or rectangular), then layer the peppers, tomatoes, olives and salsa.
Sprinkle cheese on top. It's delicious!!
