Mexican Delight Candy
Mexican Delight Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large pot, bring to boil 2 1/2 cups sugar, milk, oleo, salt and soda.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to the sugar mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly to a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Beat until thick.
Drop on wax paper, one spoonful at a time.
