Mexican Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
Mexican Cream Cheese Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. flour tortillas, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 small can chopped green chilies and 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Process well. Let tortillas get soft at room temperature.
Spread mixture on tortillas.
Roll tortillas up tightly.
Line up in 9 x 13-inch casserole, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
Remove from refrigerator, slice tortillas in 1/2 inch rounds.
