Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. yellow cornmeal, 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend in blender the Cheddar cheese, onion and jalapeño peppers (use water). Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Brown the ground meat.
Spray pan with Pam.
Pour half of the cornbread mixture in pan.
Put meat, then cheese-onion mixture, then add rest of cornbread mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
