Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. corn meal, 1 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 chopped onion and 1 can green chiles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat with onion; drain.
Mix together the corn meal, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, corn and chile.
Pour 1/2 of batter in greased casserole dish, all of the meat and grated cheese.
Put remainder of batter on top of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
Recipe can be doubled.
