Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. corn meal, 1/3 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together and mix thoroughly in a large bowl the first 6 ingredients.
Combine and stir into dry ingredients the rest of the ingredients only until the mixture is well moistened.
Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
