Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 (4 oz.) can green diced chilies (i used jalapeño peppers) and 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Now add chilies, cheese and corn.
Sift and add flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured well.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
