👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix salt, corn, cornmeal, baking powder, bell pepper, cooking oil, eggs, jalapeño pepper, green onion, and sour cream.

Pour half of the batter in the pan and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

Pour the rest of the batter into the pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
