Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal, 1 small can creamed corn, 2 eggs, 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into large greased skillet (heated).
Put 1/2 of cheese on top.
Put remaining mixture in with rest of cheese on top.
Bake in 350° oven for 55 minutes.
