👨‍🍳 Instructions

Sauté the meat, onion and peppers.

Grease iron skillet and sprinkle bottom with cornmeal, then pour in 1/2 cornbread mixture.

Top with 1/2 pound rat cheese (grated), then add meat mixture and top with remaining cornmeal mixture.

Cook at 350° for about 50 to 60 minutes.
