Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. mexican cornbread mix, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, scrambled and drained and 6 to 8 oz. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cornbread mix as directed on package and then add drained corn.
Pour half of mixture into an 8 x 8-inch greased dish.
Then evenly spread meat over mixture.
Then spread cheese on.
Add remaining mixture.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
