Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 tsp. salt, 1 (14 oz.) cream-style corn and 2/3 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, corn and oil.
Add corn meal, bell peppers, hot peppers and baking powder.
Grease pan.
Heat pan until hot.
Pour half of mixture in dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this; pour remainder of mixture over cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Add remaining cheese on top and let melt.
