Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cornmeal, 1 c. cream-style corn, 1 c. sour cream, 3 eggs and 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in an iron skillet or 9 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish at 350° for 45 minutes.
If you use a glass dish, lower oven to 325°.
I use a tablespoon or so of pimento to add color.
