Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c self rising cornmeal, 1 can cream corn, 1/2 c vegetable oil, 3/4 c milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Put half the batter in a greased skillet.
Put half of the green chilies and half of the grated cheese on top.
Pour rest of the batter over that.
Then put the rest of the green chilies and cheese on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 40-45 minutes.
