Mexican Corn-On-The-Cob is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (4 fluid oz.) butter, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper and 4 to 6 ears corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350° (180°C) or prepare barbecue.
Mix together butter, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Spread on corn; wrap in heavy foil and seal well.
