Mexican Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. cooking oil, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. yellow cornmeal and 1 c. yellow creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, cornmeal, corn, baking powder and salt.
Add chopped peppers and half of the cheese.
Spread in well-greased baking pan (12 x 8 x 2-inch) and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
