Mexican Corn Bread

Beat egg in mixing bowl. Add corn, cottage cheese and oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. If too dry, add a little milk. Spread half of the batter into greased pan. Add layer of green chile strips and cheese, then add rest of batter.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
