Mexican Cinnamon Rolls
Mexican Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf white bread, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut crust off of bread and roll out each slice with rolling pin until flat; set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup sugar until well blended. Spread onto bread slices and roll them up into rolls.
In small bowl mix together 1 cup sugar and enough cinnamon to your liking; roll bread rolls into butter and then into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 20 minutes.
(Can also be put in freezer with cookie sheet until ready to bake.)
