Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and heat until chocolate is melted.
Combine all the rest in a large bowl. then mix with the first mixture.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
